Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Castle Rock, CO. This full-time position offers predictable daytime hours from 8am to 5pm, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

Start date is immediate and there is opportunity for growth within ABC through promotions and leadership roles. The role involves one-on-one ABA therapy for children 18 months to 8 years, with paid RBT certification and benefits including health insurance, holidays, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable with varied positions (sitting, standing, crouching, floor activity).
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• May assist nearby ABC clinic as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
