Job summary

Big Bear Behavior, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy across clinic, school, and in-home settings in Greeley, CO. The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with schedules including 8 AM-7 PM, 3 PM-7 PM, and M-F, at a pay of $25.00 per hour.

Under BCBA supervision, you will implement treatment plans, collect data, and help clients develop essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured, supportive

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification required.
• CPR Training required.
• HIPAA confidentiality knowledge required.
• Experience with data collection and ABA terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record accurate session data.
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals.
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education.
