Job summary

Aluma Care in Altamont, KS seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children through in-home, in-school, or in-clinic ABA therapy. You will implement BCBA-designed plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain.
• HS diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA therapy experience or working with children is a plus.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
