Job summary

Aluma Care in Seneca, Kansas is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and support children through evidence-based ABA therapy. We offer flexible scheduling, on-site and in-school opportunities, and a collaborative environment focused on client progress.

As an RBT you will implement plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and work with families and team members to ensure success. Requirements include RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable

Qualifications

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check and travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
