Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking enthusiastic RBTs to join a supportive ABA team delivering one-on-one services in clients' homes and community settings.

You'll implement evidence-based interventions, record progress, and collaborate with a strong clinical team. All positions start part-time with paid training and opportunities for growth through BCBA schooling partnerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm presence - even in challenging moments.
• RBT certification (required before starting).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Be a key part of our clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment for clients and build genuine connections with families.
