Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients in homes and community settings across multiple North Carolina locations. This part-time role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to gain supervised field hours while delivering evidence-based ABA services.

You will work one-on-one with clients, record data, collaborate with a clinical team, and help families reinforce progress in daily routines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient care for children with Autism.
• Willingness to learn and grow in ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Serve as a key member of the clinical team and implement skill-building plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
