Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team across multiple North Carolina locations. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services to children, following evidence-based interventions and collaborating with our clinical team.

This role is ideal for individuals who are patient, compassionate, and calm under pressure. We offer paid training, a path to growth within ABA, and part-time hours with flexible caseloads; opportunities for immediate onboarding and referrals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
