Job summary

KidzThrive ABA in New York, NY is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individualized ABA sessions for children with ASD. You will implement behavior plans under supervision and collect data to track progress.

The role offers flexible part-time hours, opportunities for growth, and a 40 hour RBT training course; Mandarin speakers are a plus and HIPAA confidentiality is required.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including full-time or part-time options.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and team members.
• Ability to follow instruction, work independently, and problem solve in a fast paced environment
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
• Mandarin speaking a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct one on one therapy sessions with clients using ABA techniques
• Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect data to measure progress
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
• Maintain clear and effective communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant parties
