Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to support in-home, in-school and community ABA services across Georgia. You will implement BCBA-approved treatment plans, collect data, and help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Travel to client sites is required, with training provided to keep you growing professionally. We offer flexible scheduling, opportunities for PTO, and ongoing professional development as part of a supportive team

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• Active BACB registration is required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally to client sites.

Responsibilities

• As an RBT, provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings.
• Deliver services according to a BCBA-developed treatment plan.
• Collect and document client data accurately for progress tracking.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to client homes and community settings as needed.
