Job summary

ivyhealth seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to join our ABA program in West Chester, Ohio. You will support BCBA-guided interventions, document sessions, and help families implement learned skills in clinic and at home.

Qualifications

• Must hold Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Minimum 1 year of ABA technician experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a BCBA.
• Support clinicians and help children and their families learn new skills and techniques.
• Communicate effectively with teammates, families, and patients.
