Job summary

April ABA seeks compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a clinician-operated organization dedicated to high-quality ABA therapy for individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities.

We offer supportive leadership, ongoing mentorship from BCBAs, and opportunities for professional growth across Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, and Springfield Ohio, including evening hours. PTO and consistent scheduling are emphasized to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ethical and compassionate service delivery.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with families and supervisors.
• Willingness to travel between client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and strategies.
• Collect and record client data during sessions.
• Support families to reinforce skills at home and in the community.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and caregivers.
• Participate in supervision, meetings, and training.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Adhere to RBT Ethics Code and BACB requirements.
• Communicate progress and barriers to treatment with clinicians.
• Maintain client confidentiality per regulations.
