Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 18 months to 8 years at our Copperfield, TX location.

You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and support kids through play-based activities in a structured, safe environment. Expect guaranteed full-time hours with a supportive team and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or higher required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Active pace while working with young children.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
