Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in the New Hampshire area. The RBT will implement clients’ behavior support plans under the direction of a supervising BCBA and provide ABA-based instruction to promote skill development.

Responsibilities include monitoring behavior, collecting data, and collaborating with the BCBA and family to support meaningful changes in client behavior.

Qualifications

• BACB RBT certification REQUIRED.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with developmental disabilities, children, adolescents, or families.
• Availability for early-afternoon hours (1:30–4:00) REQUIRED.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Experience implementing behavioral interventions in applied settings preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Compassionate approach to care.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship.
• Access to a laptop, high-speed internet, and a phone required.

Responsibilities
