Supportive Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 support to children in home and community settings. You will help them build essential life and communication skills with a compassionate, collaborative approach.

The role emphasizes data collection, progress tracking, and close collaboration with families and clinical teams to create meaningful outcomes and growth opportunities in a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification preferred (we can help you get certified).
• Passion for working with children.
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Proficiency in data collection methods to track client progress effectively.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable personality; ability to follow clinical direction and collect accurate data.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living.
• Assist with behavior management strategies.
• Work closely with families, caregivers, and clinical teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Help create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.
