Job summary

Project Brilliance LLC in Stuart, FL is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1-1 ABA therapy for young children in a center-based setting. The role runs Mon-Fri, 9a-5p, 40 hours per week, with potential for Home Therapy options and collaboration with BCBA supervisors.

The ideal candidate will have a background in education, psychology or related field, with experience in ABA and strong data-collection skills. Training and credentialing support are provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, psychology or a related field preferred.
• RBT Certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with ABA therapy preferred; training provided.
• Ability to improvise and play with young children (ages 2-6).
• Prior ABA experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides one-on-one therapy to our clients as well as leads or assists in peer play and social groups.
• Helps children acquire new skills and work towards individualized goals tailored for improving communication, social interaction, problem solving, and adaptive living skills
• Uses of proper teaching, behavior change, Mand training procedures, and data collection.
• Works with BCBA’s and provides feedback on child’s progress
• Ensures children’s safety during indoors and outdoors activities
• If needed, changes diapers/pull ups, potty training
