Job summary

Aba-Journey is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This role focuses on delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings and supporting clients with individualized plans created by a BCBA.

You will collect progress data, collaborate with families and staff, and help maintain a positive, safe therapy environment while pursuing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA therapy experience or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
