Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy seeks a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home or clinic settings. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with supervising BCBA and team.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification, have experience with autism, strong English communication, and reliable transportation. The role offers flexible hours, up to 25% travel, and benefits including health/dental

Qualifications

Experience working with children/adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
Effective communication in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to communicate with coworkers, supervisors and families.
Valid state ID and reliable transportation.
Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by supervising BCBA.
Data collection and session note submission.
Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
Must have vehicle and valid driver's license to commute to locations.
Other duties as assigned.
