Job summary

GreenLight ABA in Tucson, Arizona is seeking a caring Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our BCBA-led team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–18, implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans, and document progress in collaboration with our BCBA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred, or BT experience under BCBA guidance.
• Passionate and reliable individuals who enjoy working with children and families.
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle for driving to and from client homes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children 2–18.
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Support children in developing communication, social, daily living, and independence skills.
• Collect and accurately document data during therapy sessions.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and BCBA recommendations.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and families to support client progress.
• Help children and their families build skills that promote independence and positive behavior change.
