SilverSwing ABA in Oakwood, GA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients with evidence-based ABA therapy. This role involves delivering 1:1 supervision in home, school, or clinic settings.

You will implement treatment plans under a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to promote meaningful outcomes. Flexibility and reliable transportation are important.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
