Job summary

SilverSwing ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic locations. You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA and collect data on client progress to drive outcomes.

Join a collaborative team dedicated to growth, flexibility, and meaningful impact for children and families. Part-time role with flexible shifts in Bainbridge, GA; transportation and local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; some college is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
