Job summary

SilverSwing ABA GA LLC seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school or clinic settings. You’ll implement BCBA-designed plans, collect data, and collaborate with families to support client progress.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Background check must be passed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
