Job summary

Autism Learning Collaborative is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) to join our Bellevue Center team. The role involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism, implementing BCBA-approved treatment plans, and tracking progress while supporting families.

Strong English communication is essential, with hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Competitive hourly pay ($19.50–$23.00), health benefits, and PTO that grows with tenure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
• Experience working with kids.
• Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children.
• Implement treatment plans from a BCBA.
• Track progress & support families.
