Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We welcome newcomers and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course
• Previous ABA experience preferred
• Excellent references
• RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status

Responsibilities

• 1:1 therapy sessions
• Teach play skills and social skills
• Teach self-help skills
• Document session outcomes
• Provide behavior support within group settings
