About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to deliver high-quality services that promote each client's growth, development, and independence. You will provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy services to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities, and participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and improve client outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans in collaboration with our BCBAs and other professionals
• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy services to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress, utilizing tools and software as needed
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and improve client outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions, progress, and billing information
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
