Job summary

Belle ABA Inc in Marlborough, MA is seeking a passionate Behavior Technician to deliver applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy across home, clinic, or community settings under BCBA supervision.

You will collect data, implement individualized treatment plans, and teach communication, social, and daily living skills while collaborating with families and caregivers to support skill generalization, all in a supportive, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Requires effective communication with clients and families
• Patience and calm demeanor when working with individuals with ASD
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with BCBA and caregivers
• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed, with reliable transportation
• Background check required prior to employment
• RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain it

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settings
• Use positive reinforcement to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Monitor progress and report observations to the supervising BCBA

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record accurate behavioral data during therapy sessions
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, clinic, or community settings
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Monitor client progress and report observations to the supervising BCBA
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with BACB guidelines
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support generalization of skills

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Prior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities is a plus
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as needed
• Must pass a background check prior to employment
