Implement individualized skill acquisition programs, behavior intervention plans, and treatment protocols developed and supervised by the assigned BCBA or qualified supervisor.

Deliver services using evidence-based ABA procedures, including reinforcement, prompting, shaping, chaining, natural environment teaching, discrete trial teaching, functional communication training, and other behavior-analytic strategies as clinically appropriate.

Accurately collect, record, and enter data during each therapy session using CentralReach or other approved data collection systems.

Complete session notes and required documentation within the required timeframe and in accordance with Side by Side policies, payer requirements, and Medicaid/insurance documentation standards.

Follow proactive and reactive behavior strategies with consistency, professionalism, and clinical fidelity.

Assist clients in developing communication, adaptive living, social, play, academic readiness, and functional independence skills.

Promote generalization and maintenance of client skills across people, materials, environments, and routines.

Maintain client dignity, safety, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.

Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients, families, supervisors, coworkers, school personnel, and other members of the treatment team.

Follow the supervisory chain of command and seek clinical guidance when client behavior, safety concerns, treatment barriers, or protocol questions arise.

Participate in supervision sessions, competency checks, performance evaluations, clinical meetings, staff trainings, and required continuing education activities.

Implement feedback provided by the supervising BCBA, BCaBA, or designated clinical supervisor in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain active RBT certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.

Comply with the RBT Ethics Code 2.0, HIPAA, company policies, Medicaid/insurance requirements, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Maintain a professional appearance, respectful conduct, and appropriate boundaries with clients, families, and coworkers.

Use company systems, communication platforms, and scheduling tools appropriately and in accordance with company expectations.
