Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an RBAC Analyst to support rollout across ~100 applications, partnering with owners and security stakeholders to model access and implement RBAC structures in Saviynt. You will help establish scalable, auditable access governance to reduce manual access management and improve operational efficiency.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, experience with IAM platforms, and strong Excel/data-analysis skills.

Job Description

The RBAC Analyst will support the implementation of Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) across an initial portfolio of approximately 100 applications. This role will partner with application owners and security stakeholders to analyze application access, develop role-based access models, validate access requirements, and implement approved RBAC structures within Saviynt. The objective is to establish a scalable, auditable access governance framework while improving operational efficiency and reducing manual access management efforts.

Skills and Requirements

• 2+ years of RBAC experience
• Previous IAM experience with a strong understanding of identity and access management principles
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, data analysis, and combining data from multiple sources-Experience supporting enterprise-scale RBAC programs-Exposure to access governance/compliance initiatives-Experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, or Microsoft Entra ID
