Job summary

Colliers IAM team seeks an experienced IAM Engineer to design, implement, and support Saviynt IGA solutions across our global enterprise. You will drive lifecycle management, access reviews, and SoD policies while partnering with Security, HR, IT Ops, and Application Owners.

The role emphasizes strong scripting, REST/SAML/OIDC, and cloud platform integration in a global, fast-paced environment. Remote Canada-based opportunity with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field and strong IAM foundation.
• 5–7 years in IAM with hands-on Saviynt experience.
• Saviynt Certified IGA Professional is preferred.
• Experience with identity lifecycle, RBAC, access governance, and SOX/GDPR compliance.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, SAML, OIDC, scripting (PowerShell/Java).

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy Saviynt IGA capabilities for lifecycle management and access enforcement.
• Develop joiner/mover/leaver workflows and access-review campaigns for governance.
• Troubleshoot provisioning and entitlement issues; provide L2/L3 support.
• Collaborate with Security, HR, IT Operations, and App Owners to meet requirements.
• Document designs, runbooks, and integration plans across cloud platforms.
