M Crowd Restaurant Group is seeking a Host/Hostess in Mesquite, TX. You will warmly greet guests, manage seating and wait lists, present menus, and coordinate with servers to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Summary of Host/Hostess Position:The Host/Hostess is responsible for greeting guests promptly upon arrival and welcoming them to their dining experience with warmth and professionalism. This role includes seating guests, presenting menus, and ensuring each interaction is friendly, timely, and aligned with our hospitality standards.Licensing Requirements:Valid Food Handlers CertificationDuties & Responsibilities:Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrivalMaintains a constant focus on opening the front door for all guests entering or exiting the restaurantWhen immediate seating is unavailable, record guest names and party sizes accuratelyProvide guests with estimated waiting timeNotify guests by calling out their name and party size when tables become availableAnswer phone calls professionally, following hospitality standardsAccommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possibleSeat guest based on guest preferences and balancing of customer flow in service stationsUpon seating guests, present menus and inform them of their assigned server’s name.
