Position Title: Raw Production Wage: $17.50 per hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:15am-3:00pm (Mon-Fri)

Raw Production position at a company in Galesburg, IL. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire.

Raw Production Responsibilities

• - Handle and prepare raw meat products according to established production procedures.
• - Sort, trim, inspect, and process raw materials for production.
• - Load raw materials into production equipment as required.
• - Accurately weigh and measure ingredients and products.
• - Monitor product quality and identify any issues related to appearance, quality, or specifications.
• - Follow recipes, production schedules, and work instructions.
• - Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards at all times.
• - Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• - Perform product and equipment checks throughout the shift.
• - Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and production areas.
• - Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and company safety procedures.
• - Complete production records and documentation as required.
• - Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.

Raw Production Requirements

• - Previous manufacturing, food production, or warehouse experience preferred but not required
