Job summary

Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family, is currently hiring a Raw Processor based in Londonderry, NH. You will be responsible for receiving, testing, and standardizing raw milk, inputting data into SAP, and supporting the production line.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and flexibility to cover weekend shifts. A strong safety mindset, basic computer skills, and English proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to safely lift 50 lbs.
• Able to work weekends and flexible hours.
• Proficient in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Receive raw milk and standardize to quality specifications.
• Operate milk separator and troubleshoot.
• Perform all raw CIP’s and cleaning per schedule.
• Manage the cream balance to include load outs and bagging.
• Program Human-Machine Interface (HMI) to support tasks.
• Follow SOPs and GMP at all times.
• Write work orders for items in area of responsibility and ensure repairs.
• Maintain good housekeeping.
• Assist pasteurized processor when needed.
