Job summary

Lactalis USA in Brattleboro, VT is seeking a Dairy (Yogurt) Processor responsible for processing yogurt bases, performing CIP and cleaning, receiving and testing raw milk, and entering data into SAP. This full-time role supports production quality and safety in a fast-paced dairy environment.

Shifts are 12 hours, 6 pm to 6 am, with Week One 3 days on 4 off and Week Two 4 on, 3 off. The position emphasizes adherence to SOPs, GMPs, safety standards, and teamwork to maintain high product quality.

Qualifications

• HTST training or willingness to attend training.
• Understanding of food safety and HACCP.
• Flexible mindset and ability to adapt to production needs.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Operate processing equipment while following QA, productivity, OSHA and safety standards.
• Assemble/disassemble equipment for cleaning and sanitizing per manufacturer's instructions.
• Monitor temperatures, pressures and flow throughout the processing cycle.
• Follow testing procedures and provide samples to the lab before packaging.
• Monitor product flow from processing to packaging.
