Job summary

Lactalis US Yogurt, Inc. is hiring a Raw Processor based in Londonderry, NH. This role will receive, test, and separate raw milk, input test results and milk load data into SAP, and perform all raw CIP and cleaning tasks to support department needs while upholding high quality standards.

The position operates on 12-hour shifts from 5:00p to 5:00a on a front half night schedule, with rotating weekend coverage as described. Workplace safety and GMP adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong math skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer operation.
• Proficient in the English language.
• Able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive raw milk and standardize to quality specifications; input results into SAP.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and clean milk separator; perform CIP and sanitation tasks.
• Follow SOPs and GMP; write work orders and ensure repairs.
• Support pasteurized processor and ensure safety and quality of products.
• Program HMI to support tasks; maintain housekeeping.
