Job summary

Lactalis USA in Londonderry, NH is hiring a Raw Processor to receive, test, and separate raw milk, and to input test results into SAP. You will support CIP cleaning and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced dairy operation.

This role requires a high school diploma, the ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, climb a 6 ft ladder, and work flexible hours including weekends. You will join a safety-conscious team committed to learning and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Able to climb a 6 ft ladder and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in English; good hand-eye coordination.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive raw milk and standardize to quality specs.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and clean milk separator.
• Input test results into SAP and maintain records.
• Perform raw CIPs and periodic cleaning per schedule.
• Follow SOP and GMP at all times; practice good housekeeping.
• Write work orders and ensure timely repairs.
• Support pasteurized processor when needed.
• Ensure safety and quality of products.
• Maintain cream balance and load outs.
