Job summary

Sofidel America is seeking a Raw Material Warehouse Operator in Circleville, OH to support raw materials movement, staging, and inventory accuracy within warehouse and production operations, collaborating with Production, Logistics, Quality, and Warehouse teams.

You will operate forklifts, manage receipts and transfers, perform cycle counts, maintain a safe, clean workplace, and follow all procedures to minimize downtime and ensure smooth material flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Forklift experience is preferred or willingness to be trained.
• Ability to lift, move and handle materials in a physically demanding environment.
• Experience with inventory or warehouse systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move raw materials safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and transport raw materials within the warehouse and to production areas.
• Stage materials in accordance with production schedules and operational needs.
• Perform inventory transactions including receipts, issues, and transfers.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Inspect materials for damage and report any issues to supervision.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Support warehouse operations to ensure efficient material flow and minimize downtime.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Position Overview

Sofidel America is a manufacturer of tissue products for domestic and hygienic use, focused on operational excellence, quality, and continuous improvement. We are seeking a Raw Material Warehouse Operator to support raw material activities within warehouse and production operations through safe handling, accurate inventory execution, and efficient material movement.

The Raw Material Warehouse Operator plays a key role in ensuring timely movement of materials, proper staging, and support of production operations.

This position works closely with Production, Logistics, Quality, and Warehouse teams to support daily operations. This position reports to the Integrated Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, or Raw Material Supervisor, depending on the site and operational structure.

Job Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move raw materials safely and efficiently

Load, unload, and transport raw materials within the warehouse and to production areas
