Job summary

Sofidel America seeks a Raw Material Warehouse Operator to support raw material movements within warehouse and production operations. You will ensure safe handling, accurate inventory, and efficient material flow in a fast-paced environment.

The role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and collaborates with Production, Logistics, Quality, and Warehouse teams. The position offers full-time hours on a 2-2-3 shift schedule, with opportunities for growth within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift experience required or willingness to be trained.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support team operations.
• Basic experience with inventory or warehouse systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move raw materials safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and transport raw materials within the warehouse and to production areas.
• Stage materials in accordance with production schedules and operational needs.
• Perform inventory transactions including receipts, issues, and transfers.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Inspect materials for damage and report any issues to supervision.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Support warehouse operations to ensure efficient material flow and minimize downtime.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Raw Material Warehouse Operator

Sofidel America is a manufacturer of tissue products for domestic and hygienic use, focused on operational excellence, quality, and continuous improvement. We are seeking a Raw Material Warehouse Operator to support raw material activities within warehouse and production operations through safe handling, accurate inventory execution, and efficient material movement.

Position Overview

The Raw Material Warehouse Operator plays a key role in ensuring timely movement of materials, proper staging, and support of production operations. This position works closely with Production, Logistics, Quality, and Warehouse teams to support daily operations. This position reports to the Integrated Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, or Raw Material Supervisor, depending on the site and operational structure.

Shift

6:00 PM - 6:00 AM / 2-2-3 Schedule

Job Responsibilities
