Job summary

PDI is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor (Raw Materials) for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30pm-11:00pm) to lead raw material receiving and oversee the STAGE and RM warehouses, ensuring accurate inventory control and regulatory compliance to support manufacturing operations.

You will supervise and develop warehouse staff, schedule deliveries, manage cycle counts, monitor temperatures, handle hazardous materials, coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and Distribution, and serve as SME for WMS

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the raw material receiving operation and oversee STAGE and RM warehouse functions.
• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to procedures and performance expectations.
• Schedule raw material deliveries and coordinate with Planning and Purchasing.
• Manage the cycle count program and inventory targets.
• Oversee temperature monitoring systems and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate hazmat handling and ensure proper packaging and shipping.
• Act as SME for WMS/ERP systems and support audits.
