What Will You Do?

The Operations Supervisor will plan, direct, and assign work activities in a manufacturing or distribution department. This position will support and implement policies and procedures, and recommend improvements in operation methods, equipment, people, materials, and working conditions.

What Do You Need?

• 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment, Required
• High School Diploma or equivalent, Required
• Associate degree in Supervisory Management or related field, Desired
• Previous experience in supervision, Preferred
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse equipment and department processes, desired
