L'Oreal USA, Inc. seeks a Raw Materials Sampler to support incoming material receipts, labeling, and warehouse operations at the Florence, KY site.

This role emphasizes documentation accuracy, data entry, and adherence to quality standards to ensure timely production supplies. Key duties include receiving bulk deliveries, sampling and labeling containers, and performing system transactions for receipts while coordinating with scheduling and safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Familiarity with general warehousing practices preferred.
• Computer knowledge and data entry skills needed.
• Good math and communication skills expected.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming raw material deliveries, verifies receipt quantities and processes related documentation.
• Sample/label all containers for released product.
• Receive and unload bulk raw material deliveries.
• Computer system transactions for receipts.
• Plan and order supplies needed to operate sampling area.
