Butterball is seeking a Distribution/Raw Receiving Associate to verify inbound materials, maintain inventory, and prepare items for internal movement to support production. You will collaborate with Production, Quality, and Distribution teams in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes safety, HACCP compliance, and the ability to operate forklifts and scanners across multiple zones, with opportunities to cross-train and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass background check, drug screen and pre-employment physical.
• Experience operating forklifts and scanners in a food environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-conscious production setting.

Responsabilités

• Retrieve product from storage using forklift, scanner, and lifts as needed.
• Create master pallet labels using the scanner.
• Transport product to/from shipping, production, and raw receiving areas.
• Account for all product on order and ensure correct loading.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions in work areas.
• Follow all safety policies and report hazards.
• Cross-train in other areas and rotate as required.
