Job summary

Butterball, LLC is seeking a hardworking loading/unloading associate to support receiving, maintenance, and production. The role involves monitoring inventories, keeping areas clean per GMPs, and assisting across departments including Loadout, Receiving, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Warehouse.

You will operate forklift/tractor/shuttle wagon and handle loading tickets while maintaining records and supporting parts purchasing.

Qualifications

• No formal education or experience required.
• Ability to operate a forklift, tractor and shuttle wagon.
• Must be task oriented and a self-starter with the ability to follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventories of ingredients and finished feed.
• Maintain good housekeeping in assigned areas per GMPs.
• Replace any associate across Loadout, Receiving, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Production, Warehouse, and Scale House as needed.
• Collect required samples per Quality Control Guidelines.
• Perform testing as per SOPs.
• Operate pellet mills and batch feed using Repute FLX control system.
• Maintain records and load out tickets.
• Support maintenance by creating purchase requests and liaising with contractors/vendors.
• Operate equipment manually or via computer automation per procedures.
