Job summary

Utz Quality Foods is expanding its Kings Mountain, NC manufacturing facility and is seeking a dedicated Raw Material Utility to join our team. This hands-on role will handle material flows, operate palletizing equipment, and support packaging operations to ensure smooth production.

Responsibilities include operating automated palletizers, tracking pallet data, and ensuring accurate labeling and timely material moves.

Qualifications

• Food safety rules, policies and procedures must be followed.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer and data entry skills for tracking equipment performance.
• Forklift experience and the ability to obtain certification on day one.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while staying organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced production environment.
• Spanish language preferred but not required to support diverse team communication.

Rotating Schedule:

Monday-Thursday and Monday & Wednesday 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
