Utz Quality Foods is seeking a Raw Material Utility at our Kings Mountain, NC facility to support packaging operations and production processes.

Qualifications

• Understanding of food safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer and data entry skills for tracking and monitoring equipment performance.
• Forklift experience and the ability to obtain a certification on day one.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while staying organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced production environment.
• Spanish-speaking preferred but not required, to support diverse team communication.
