Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience in specialty or rare disease.
• Strong scientific acumen and understanding of clinical medicine.
• Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with internal teams and external KOLs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage regional KOL engagement plans with cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing to recruit KOLs for initiatives.
• Analyze KOL sentiments and market trends from diverse sources.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the brand team.
• Ensure compliant, fair, and effective messaging across channels.
• Coordinate contracting, training, and education with speakers.
