Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific discipline; 2+ years MSL in pharma/biotech industry.
• Experience in nephrology or rare disease preferred.
• Experience with KOLs, medical congresses, and cross-functional matrix teams.
• Willingness to travel 60-80% and occasional evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Scientific Exchange (Non-Promotional): conduct fair-balanced on-label discussions; respond to requests; present to physicians, pharmacists, and nurses.
• Coverage & Continuity: provide short-term KOL/institution coverage and maintain territory plans.
• Education & Support: deliver compliant medical education (1:1 or small groups) on priority topics; stay updated with literature.
• Congress Support: coordinate presence at regional/national congresses with scientific representation.
• Insight Generation: document HCP insights and route high-value insights to Medical Strategy.
• Documentation & Compliance: record interactions in CRM within 48 hours; follow all guardrails.
• Project Support: assist medical projects aligned with organizational goals.
