Syneos Health is seeking a Territory Business Manager to lead a new GI/Hepatology team, driving sales in a defined geography through strategic plans, high-level presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires 5+ years pharma sales, GI/Hepatology experience preferred, strong analytical and presentation skills, and willingness to travel. Base salary ranges from $140,000 to $150,000 with potential commissions and car allowance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field required.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years GI/Hepatology sales experience/rare disease preferred.
• Proven top-tier sales accomplishments and territory management ability.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals within assigned geography through integrated territory plan.
• Establish relationships with physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Market Access and Medical.
• Utilize data tools to develop strategies and tactics for business decisions.
• Travel as needed and manage territory budget; ensure timely admin tasks.
