Salary Range: $182,000-$210,000. This field-based role requires building deep relationships with key accounts, developing strategic business plans, and delivering compliant promotions within regulatory guidelines. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical/biotech selling experience.
• Rare Disease and small company experience preferred.
• Existing relationships with key accounts within assigned geography are helpful.
• Strong track record of successfully exceeding sales goals to include national awards.

Responsibilities

• Have 'game changing' conversations with customers and use effective selling techniques to create and expand demand for promoted brands.
• Develop and expand a thorough understanding of key customers.
• Create, maintain and update an active customer database.
• Develop strategies to effectively utilize marketing materials and programs.
