Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of field reimbursement experience
• Understanding of medical and pharmacy benefit design
• Experience with prior authorization processes
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel 60-75%

Aufgaben

• Serve as field-based reimbursement SME for payer policy and access.
• Educate HCP offices, billing staff, and coordinators on coverage landscapes.
• Develop and execute territory plans to increase payer knowledge.
• Collaborate with OneSource Patient Services on case management.
• Document insights on payer policy shifts and denial trends.
• Maintain CRM documentation and operational reporting.
