Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharma, biotech, healthcare or life sciences.
• 4+ years in pharma reimbursement or access roles.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and trainings as needed.

Responsabilités

• Be the subject matter expert on rare blood disorder patient support and payer processes.
• Develop business plans aligned with brand strategies for your geography.
• Coordinate activities and drive results within the assigned geographic area.
• Ensure execution of Sanofi strategies and payer-related tactics locally.
• Maintain knowledge of local and national payer landscape and criteria.
• Monitor Medicare, Medicaid and commercial coverage communication and coding.
• Educate office staff on billing information, codes, and patient support offerings.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers to resolve payer access barriers.
• Ensure training on product knowledge and compliant practices.
