Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to join the Neurology access team, enabling launch and sustained access for an HCP-administered rare disease therapy. You will serve as a reimbursement and access expert across buy & bill, specialty pharmacy and alternate sites of care.

You will develop account-specific access plans, educate accounts on patient services, collaborate cross-functionally, and guide providers through prior authorizations and payer considerations to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of biopharma reimbursement or market access experience.
• Experience in matrix environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account-specific access and reimbursement plans to support product launch and site-of-care optimization.
• Educate accounts on patient support services and collaborate with Patient Services for onboarding and therapy initiation.
• Partner with Sales, Patient Services, and Medical to align access strategy and remove barriers to therapy initiation.
• Coordinate with provider offices, specialty pharmacy and infusion sites on access processes and policies.
• Guide healthcare professionals through prior authorizations, denials, appeals and payer site-of-care restrictions.
